## Parameters

| `start_date` | string | yes | Mandatory Project Start Date. |
| `description` | string | yes | Optional Project description. |
| `deadline` | string | yes | Optional Project deadline. |
| `created_by` | number | no | Optional RISE user ID. Default: 1. Use for proper attribution. |
